1. Services

White Rock Wash provides professional exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to, pressure washing, soft washing, driveway cleaning, house washing, patio and deck cleaning, fence cleaning, gutter brightening, and walkway cleaning for residential and commercial properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area.

Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or property at our sole discretion.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Quotes and estimates provided by White Rock Wash — whether online, over the phone, or in person — are based on information provided by the customer and our assessment of the property. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs materially from the information provided at the time of estimation.

We will communicate any pricing changes before beginning work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted. All prices are in US dollars.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise

agreed upon in writing in advance. We accept cash, check, major credit/debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. In the event of non-payment, White Rock Wash reserves the right to pursue all available remedies including but not limited to collections and legal action. Customer is responsible for any costs associated with collections, including reasonable attorney's fees.

A returned check fee of $35 will be charged for any check returned for insufficient funds.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

We make every effort to adhere to scheduled service times. However, service appointments may be rescheduled due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible of any necessary schedule changes.

Customers who wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment) may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $75 to cover labor and scheduling costs.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Prior to service, the customer agrees to:

• Provide clear access to the service area and an outdoor water source (hose bib) at the property.
• Remove or secure outdoor furniture, decorations, potted plants, vehicles, and other personal property from the work area.
• Inform us of any known pre-existing damage to surfaces, fragile materials, or special conditions that require attention.
• Ensure pets and children are kept away from the work area during service.
• Disclose any HOA restrictions, permit requirements, or property-specific limitations relevant to exterior cleaning.

White Rock Wash is not responsible for damage to property resulting from the customer's failure to disclose pre-existing conditions or to prepare the work area as requested.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

White Rock Wash stands behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the specific area(s) in question at no charge.

Our satisfaction guarantee applies to the cleaning results for accessible surfaces in the agreed-upon scope of work. It does not apply to stains or damage that cannot be removed by professional cleaning methods, surfaces that were not included in the original scope of work, or damage caused by pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed to us.

7. Limitation of Liability

White Rock Wash carries general liability insurance for your protection. In the event of damage caused by our negligence, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Our liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that caused the damage. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing surface deterioration, improperly installed materials, or conditions that a reasonable pre-service inspection could not identify.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the White Rock Wash website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of White Rock Wash and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the website. You may not use our website to transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our website at any time without notice or liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
